Clubs within the Geelong Bowls Region now have the opportunity to promote their open entry events across The Bowls Network (TBN), thanks to a DIY tool launched recently.

This DIY tool allows GBR clubs to create a calendar of open entry events offline using Microsoft Excel.  The competed list is then emailed back to us for publication and promotion across The Bowls Network.

How To Add Events:

1. Download our easy to use template by double clicking on the Calendar Form link on this page.  It could take a little time to launch if you are working with a slower internet speed.
2. Type/Copy your event details into the white section of that form.
3. Save the completed form as a new file to your desktop
4. Return completed form as an attachment using the email link on the right hand side of this page.

We will upload your list to the Network and advise you by reply email when the events have been uploaded. 

Calendar dates are accessible from the Main Menu on the TBNVIC Community site and will be promoted on the front page of the Network for one month in advance of the event(s).  Calendar events are searchable by location, year, month, date, event type or event level and are also collated and distributed online as a print list summary of events for the season.
